From night, place the wheat grains in a warm water, the beans in a cold water and the chick peas in a warm salty water. At the time of preperation drain them all and put them in seperate pans. Add water and boil them until they become enough soft. Drain them all. You should remove the skins of chick peas. Chop the dried figs and apricots. Remove the stalks from currants and boil them in a water for 5-10 minutes to make them soft. Ands also boil the raisins, apricots and dried figs in seperate pan with a little amount of water for about 10-15 minutes. Put the wheat in a large saucepan and add 5 lt. water and flower oil. Boil it until the wheat is tender. Then add the beans, chick peas, grated orange peels, milk, sugar and continue cooking until to the mash point. And always stir it. Then add honey, currant, pinon, dried figs, apricots and raisins and continue cooking for 5 minutes more. (Don’t waste the water of raisins, figs and apricots. Add them togather.) If you find the mix too watery, you can add some starch and make it as you wish. Stop the fire, stir it well and close the cap. Let it rest for 5 min. Then pure them in serving plates and let them to cool. After that garnish them with chopped almond, chopped walnut, pomegrante grains, cinnamon, hazelnut, fennel and chopped pistachio. It’s ready to serve. Good appetite.
